How to use ClaudeCall

This guide is built from real prompts the founder uses every day to run his own cold-calling operation. Copy them, adapt them, or invent your own — Claude understands what you mean.

Daily check-ins

These are the prompts to use every morning to see how things are going.

  • How are calls going today?
  • Anything hot today?
  • Show me my unanalyzed calls.
  • What were the best calls from yesterday?

Hot lead workflow

When a lead is interested, you want fast context — pull the transcript, the classifier flags, and a suggested approach.

  • Show me everyone who said yes to selling this week.
  • Tell me about Holly Cook.
  • What's the best time to call Steven back?

Script iteration

Don't try to write the perfect script up front. Iterate on it as you learn what's working.

  • Rewrite my script to sound less salesy.
  • Add a question about whether they've already listed with an agent.
  • Shorten the opener — it's too long.
  • What's actually working in my conversations?

Scheduling

Tell Claude how aggressive you want to be. Claude does the scheduling.

  • Schedule 600 calls across this week, 30 per hour.
  • Pause calls until Monday.
  • Push everything from Friday to next week.
  • Call my whole [campaign name] list over the next 3 days.

DNC and compliance

Every campaign auto-DNCs leads who say "remove me", "wrong number", "do not call", etc. You can also add numbers manually.

  • Add this number to my DNC list.
  • Why did Holly get marked as DNC?
  • Show me everyone who's been DNC'd this week.

Lead management

Drop a CSV into Claude Desktop, or just describe the change you want.

  • How many leads have I not called yet?
  • Upload these leads to my probate campaign.
  • Delete the leads from this list that don't have phone numbers.

Voicemail strategy

Many leads won't answer the first time. A short voicemail (under 20 seconds, no pitch) leaves a callback path.

  • Update my voicemail message to mention I bought a property nearby.
  • Show me how many voicemails I left this week.
  • Should I leave voicemails on the second attempt or skip them?

Performance review

Pull up the numbers any time. Compare weeks. Find your best-performing scripts.

  • What's my conversion rate this week?
  • Compare this week to last week.
  • What's my best-performing script?
